About Mikael
Mikael Zayat is an eight generation Alchemist and holistic lifestyle Professor. He founded the Canadian Essential Oils Research Center and is founder-President of Quebec Essential Oils Producers' Alliance. He is President of Jardin de Vie. Mikael has 26 years experience as a Clinical Aromatherapist and has been distilling Essential Oils for more than fifteen years. Mikael will share his knowledge of the benefits of essential oils, how to recognize an authentic E.O. and how to use them safely in your daily life. He can also teach how to find the appropriate oil for a specific ailment. During the workshop, Mikael could talk about the healing power of E.O. and how to restore 1) physical, 2) emotional, 3) mental and 4) spiritual balance with Essential Oils. Also their benefits to help maintain and restore natural health and alleviate physical and emotional ailments; the interaction between our spirit and the plant spirit and the do and don'ts of making a perfect blend.

CHAKRAS are energy centers that run from the base of your spine out the top, or crown, of your head. The word "chakra" is a Sanskrit word, meaning wheel or disc. There are seven major chakras, each a circular wheel of light spinning in your energetic system, and each associated with certain body parts, a color, stone, element, and emotions, among others. By learning to tune into the energy of your chakras, you can generate your own healing energy and bring your body back into harmony.
Holeco® Chakra Awareness Workshop focuses on all Chakras and how they relate to one's physical, emotional, social, spiritual & financial well-being. The workshop includes experiential and tactile individual and group exercises including interactive meditation (including a raw chocolate meditation), movement exercises, breathing, chanting, and art healing expression (individual & group). The workshop ends with a group art project as an expression of what emerged from the experience. Raw Chocolate Meditation on February 8th at 8pm with Vincent Hu and Honi Borden. Certified Holistic Health Counselor and Kundalini Yoga Instructor Vincent Hu, who is the founder and director of DC Health Coach www.dchealthcoach.com, will lead the meditation. Honi Borden founder of holeco® life will be donating the chocolates, teaching the significance of slow eating, and sharing more information about her product line whose mission is to help improve the lives of families via donation to International Lifeline Fund in the countries of Uganda, Tanzania, Kenya & Sudan. For every $2 that is donated, 15 families receive CLEAN Water.
